Follow these 4 simple steps to open an account:

1. Download and print all applicable forms (pdf format):

• Customer Identification Program Notice
• Trading Authorization Form
• Retirement Accounts
  - Traditional IRA Application
  - Roth IRA Application
• Additional Forms
  - Margin Application
  - Option Application
• Funding your Account

2. Complete required applications. Call 1-800-221-2111 if you have any questions

3. Include initial check deposit with application. Please make checks payable to NFS.
